These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ttokloader.com and its tools (the “Service”), operated by TTokLoader (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
About the Service
TTokLoader is a free online tool that lets you download publicly available TikTok videos and convert them to MP4 or MP3 files for personal use. The Service processes only public content and removes downloaded files automatically after delivery.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to download content that is publicly available and that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to download.
- Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you hold the rights to the content.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of creators and other third parties.
- Comply with all applicable laws and with TikTok’s own terms where relevant.
Prohibited uses
- Downloading or distributing content you do not own or have permission to use, or that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other right.

- Using the Service to harass, defame, or violate the privacy or publicity rights of others.
- Automated scraping, bulk abuse, or any attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
Intellectual property and trademarks
TTokLoader does not claim ownership of any TikTok content you download; all rights remain with the respective creators and owners, and you are responsible for how you use downloaded files.
The TTokLoader name, logo, and website are our property. TikTok, ByteDance, and Douyin are trademarks of their respective owners. TTokLoader is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or Douyin.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you download and for ensuring you have the legal right to do so. You agree to indemnify and hold TTokLoader harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any third-party right.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or able to process any particular video.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTokLoader and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising. While using it you may be shown third-party ads, which are governed by the advertisers’ and ad networks’ own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been used in a way that infringes your rights, please see our DMCA / Copyright Policy for how to submit a notice.
