DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
TTokLoader respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains our copyright policy and how to submit a takedown or counter notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
Our approach
TTokLoader is a tool that fetches publicly available media on request and deletes it automatically after delivery — we do not host a permanent library of content. Even so, if you believe your copyrighted work has been made accessible through the Service in a way that infringes your rights, we will respond promptly to valid notices.
Filing a copyright (takedown) notice
To submit a notice, email us with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include all of the following:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or enough detail to identify the material in question.
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter notice
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address. Include your contact information, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may restrict or block access to the Service for users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
A note on accuracy
Filing a false or bad-faith notice may expose you to liability. If you are unsure of your rights, please consult a lawyer before submitting a notice.
